The hotel was quite impressive at first glance, but

the issues we encountered, such as cleanliness and maintenance, really detracted from our experience. The staff were welcoming, but the reception service felt overworked and could use improvement. Overall, it had potential but left us feeling dissatisfied.

I spent a night at a place that had a lovely terrace. From there, I could see a beautiful garden where peacocks roamed freely. It was nice to experience a mix of nature and luxury at the same time.

The bathroom needed attention. The shower didn't drain well, and the overall cleanliness was not up to par for the price.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

What a delightful surprise! The breathtaking lobby and stunning interior decor by a Japanese designer left me in awe. Dining options were exquisite, particularly the hidden gems among the on-site restaurants. My room was well-equipped, boasting a wonderful view. Definitely a treasure, just be ready for some service hiccups along the way!

My solo stay was highlighted by a clean, comfortable room and the inviting spa and pool facilities which made relaxation easy after a busy day. The variety of on-site dining options added to the enjoyment.

The hotel's amenities truly impressed us, especially the outdoor space where our kids could play. We loved visiting the stunning Japanese garden and enjoying relaxing moments at the café. The spacious junior suite made our family stay with four young ones very comfortable.

In my wife's opinion, the kids wanted a bigger pool area dedicated to families. It would be great if they had more family-friendly activities on-site to keep everyone entertained.

marinela has a fantastic location, just a short underground ride from the city center. the room was spacious and clean, and the modern fitness center is one of the best in europe with a large indoor pool. the japanese restaurant was also a highlight, serving delicious food.

I recently stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel quite excellent. The amenities were great and the location was really convenient, just a metro ride away from the city center. My experience exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in sofia.

I loved the fine lobby adorned with extravagant decor that made a fabulous first impression. The garden area was such a serene escape, with ducks swimming peacefully in ponds, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The bathroom had a distinct odor, and the decor felt outdated, lacking any fresh appeal. Accessing the pool required navigating a long, frigid corridor, which made the experience less enjoyable post-swim. On numerous occasions, towels were completely unavailable at the pool, and a mandatory swimming cap added an unnecessary hassle for a facility meant for relaxation. Keep in mind the breakfast spread was underwhelming, with stale bread and a lack of basic attention to service that you would expect in a luxury environment.
